Meet our Panelists
Eileen Kennedy (Moderator): Eileen Kennedy is the Associate Vice President of Development, Central and Units. In this leadership role, she oversees the following areas - university life, athletics, libraries, visual/performing arts, annual giving, parent and family philanthropy, and planned giving.
Stephanie Cabacoy: Stephanie Anne A. Cabacoy approaches all that she does with a passion for building strong meaningful relationships. As the Associate Director of Development and Engagement, Stephanie oversees group sales, manages fundraising campaigns, and serves as the main point of contact for community partnerships.
Kate Earnest: Kate Earnest is currently the Director of Annual Giving at Burgundy Farm Country Day School. Kate spent nine years at the Smithsonian American Art Museum where she served as Director of Special Projects and before that was a Senior Corporate and Foundation Relations Officer, helping to secure between five and seven figure gifts.
Shayne Doty: Shayne Doty is Vice President, Development for the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. He has developed the narrative of how the Symphony helps complete the fulfillment of Charlotte, beyond a finance center, as a major American City.
