Profile of Professor Carole R.

Professor Rosenstein will be joining Dr. Julia Glesner (Potsdam University, Germany) to discuss her research and publications for "Rethinking Comparative Models in Cultural Policy." This international event is organized in collaboration between Association of Arts Administration Educators' (AAAE) Research Series and European Network on Cultural Management and Policy's (ENCATC) Member Talks.

The discussion will address how comparative cultural policy developed, the influences of globalization and policy entrepreneurship on contemporary cultural policy, and ways of recognizing and analyzing new and changing cultural policies. We will consider how research can influence policymaking and reflect on policy development and its implications for the future of arts and culture globally. The presentation and discussion will be based on Rosenstein's recent book, Understanding Cultural Policy (Routledge, 2024).

Event Time: The event is scheduled to take place on Thursday, November 7, at 10 AM ET. Register to attend!

Special notes for attendees: All attendees will be eligible for a 20% discount provided by the publisher.
