A: I joined the MA program in Arts Management because I wanted to develop the skills and knowledge to make a lasting impact in the arts industry and to make my entrance into the industry meaningful. The program provided a strong foundation in strategic planning, community engagement, and leadership while challenging me to think critically about the role of the arts in society. Through the program, I explored how to create inclusive spaces and manage projects that resonate with diverse audiences.

Now, as I reflect on my journey, I realize that completing the program also helped me recognize a desire for change—not just in my own career but within the industry itself. The arts world is evolving, and I’m eager to contribute to that transformation by applying what I’ve learned in new and innovative ways. Whether it’s by fostering stronger connections between creators and audiences or reimagining traditional structures to be more accessible and equitable, I want to play a role in reshaping the field.
