  • Executive Director Choral Arts Society of Washington- Reporting to the Board of Directors and co-leading the organization with the Artistic Director, the Executive Director is the chief administrative and operations leader of Choral Arts. This individual will determine, oversee, and execute the strategic and operational efficiencies of administrative programs and staff. The Executive Director serves as a strategic partner with the Artistic Director to energize donors to invest in Choral Arts and engage new and existing audiences, organizational partnerships, and board members. The Executive Director will work closely with the Artistic Director and the broader community to strengthen and grow the organization’s impact and sustainability. This individual will passionately articulate the organization's benefits and needs, engaging directly in robust conversations with constituents and stakeholders. Compensation: From $140,000 to $170,000 per year. Learn more!
  • Development and Fundraising Event Manager- Join our development team as Walk4Hearing Manager of HLAA’s premier program. This position advances community engagement in the mission of HLAA through raising funds, creating awareness, recruiting and partnering with volunteers, and participating in program development and support. Develop and implement fundraising event strategies, including timelines, budget management, program agendas, and post-event evaluations.     Performing Arts Intern reports to the Director of Performing Arts and Performing Arts
    Coordinator. The ideal candidate for this internship: 1) is interested in gaining hands-on arts
    administration and Theater experience in a fast-paced environment; 2) possesses a keen
    attention to detail, organization, and commitment to high-quality work; and, 3) is passionate
