Biography
Data literacy, storytelling, and audience-centricity; are all important aspects of the future of marketing and Liam Andrew Dillon (he/him) strives to achieve all three in his professional career. Currently, Liam works as Manager, Direct Digital Marketing – Personalization strategy at Universal Destinations & Experiences, where he leads marketing technology integration, mobile channel activation, and optimization testing on various lines of businesses. Prior to this work, Liam focused on activation strategy, marketing research & analytics, and audience development at multiple organizations including The Walt Disney Company, WolfBrown LLC, George Mason University, Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and more. Liam graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Masters of Marketing Analytics & Insights and from George Mason University studying an interdisciplinary bachelor's degree on audience analytics and arts consumption.
